Disney + Peg Perego triplette and babies = amusement.
We got the full range of comments, from "bless you" to "you've got your handsfull," and anything else you can imagine. Some of the more memorable ones:
A set of GGB triplets who were 6 stopped with their grandma and she reminisced about them as babies (whil the boy ran around like crazy).
A lady who tried to open the stroller canopy to look and gaveme a rude ook when i asked her not to touch.
A gentleman who spelled something out and all I got from it was "h-e-l-l" and I didnt botheer asking what he said.
A lady with whom the conversation went as such:
Lady:"Oh, poor you!"
Me: "We feel very blessed."
L: "Yes, 3 is a blessing, but not at the same time!"
Me: "It's much better than no blessing at all."
End of conversation. She sat down near us and 5 minutes later started asking the normal quesitons - how old, boys or girls, etc, and never went back to the comments on how unfortunate we were again...:)
Austrailians were the best - they wanted to take pictures or look or talk about it.. I guess there aren't many triplets down under
So yeah, other than being the park freak show, it was great!
Re: What a weekend...
DH told me that when he took the girls to the farmer's market with my dad this weekend he had a lady physically stop him by jumping in front of the stroller to talk to him and ask questions. Seriously people?
"Just keep swimming, just keep swimming..."
