Parenting after a Loss

Toddler snacks?

I'm bringing snacks for 5 toddlers on a trip to the zoo.  The weather is still pretty warm here, so I'll probably need to bring a small cooler.

Any suggestions on what to pack?

Re: Toddler snacks?

  • *Grapes (if they are old enough not to choke) because they have a lot of water in the fruit and it will help keep them hydrated

    *PB&J sandwiches cut into fours

*anything portable that your kiddo likes to eat

*lots of liquids (if your LO is as active as mine...mine runs from the moment we hit the gate until we are leaving)

  • Fruit of any kind. Cheerios. Crackers (Goldfish or Annie's organic bunnies seem to have nearly universal appeal). Mini muffins. Cheese (depending on weather and your cooler).
