I have a lap pad under my sheet in my bed - just in case.  Better safe than sorry.

Mine went at 330 in the morning, I have never sprung out of bed so quickly-I didnt get the mattress/bed but I left quite the trail to the bathroom!

I has the same weird feeling the night my water broke. I put a towel down on my side of the bed just in case, and sure enough, my water broke about an hour later! Good luck!
