Waiting til December for IVF#2 (lupron flare)!

Hi ladies.  I hope you're all having a nice day.  At least we have a holiday weekend to look forward to!

We have our WTF appointment with RE next week.  But today, a nurse called and said that we'll be doing microdose lupron flare for the second attempt.  Woot!  I'm excited!

But, I also learned that my RE is out of town for two weeks in October.  And it's already looking like retrieval and transfer would happen during his absence.  So, I think we're sitting out for a while now.  I just want to get moving!  I have so much regret and wish I could go back to the age 30 knowing what I know now -- I would have been serious about getting pregnant six years ago.   Just feeling down today.

Any comments on the microdose lupron flare protocol?   I'm hoping it's just what the doctor ordered given my less than stellar response on the first cycle.

I have no experience with the Lurpon Flair protocol, but just wanted to wish you good luck!

And I so know what you mean about going back to the age of 30, knowing what I know now.
