Tiny man in the vagina with a knife

At my checkup today I mentioned to my OB that Monday's elective sono showed LO with his head, legs, and arms all crammed into my pelvis, and I said it's no wonder I'm starting to get shooting pains in my crotch occasionally when I walk.

She said, "Ah, yes, the tiny man in the vagina with a knife. One of the joys of pregnancy."

SUCH a perfect description! I've been laughing about it all day and thought I'd share.

(She also said it's totally normal and no big deal, so don't worry, ladies, just let that tiny man stab away. He's not hurting anything. lol)

Some days this kid feels more like Jason Voorhees/Michael Myers in the vagina with a knife.  Glad to know I'm not the only one experiencing it.  LOL!!

i kept waking up last night with those feelings! it was more so like a sharp toothpick than a knife though haha.
