how early can you POAS?

I had my ER on the 28th and a day 5 transfer yesterday, the 30th.  What is the earliest I can POAS?

You mean your ER was on the 25th?  You might want to test out your trigger first.  Then POAS away.  I know ppl who've gotten BFPs as early as 3dp5dt, but you have to be able to handle the negs in the meantime if you're going to do it.  I got my BFP this cycle at 4dp5dt, but some ppl test negative all the way to beta.  GL!
