I just found something that has helped me tremendously.
I bought some ginger tea in the organic section of the grocery store and made some iced tea. It is heaven and it is helping so much!
careyalis:I have a keurig coffee maker and have the refillable filter attachment. I like to chop up ginger root in that and make ginger tea with it-definitely easy on the stomach!
I've made ginger tea by boiling the ginger. It helps, but gives me crazy heartburn. The best thing I've found that helps is ginger chews. They're kinda spicy, but they help a lot.
