When I had DS#1, I used my SILs PISA that was purchased in 2004. I have 8 - 10 4oz bottles that I was able to pump into. With another LO on the way, I purchased my own PISA, but haven't opened it yet just in case something happens and I'm not able to BF. I noticed when getting some new nipples for the Medela bottles they are now 5oz bottles and the new nipples for "wide mouth" bottles don't work on my old bottles. So, my question...will I still be able to pump into the old 4oz bottles? Does anyone know if the breast shields connector (part that screws into the bottles) have changed?

I was just looking at the parts stuff on medela website and it appears that its just the nipple opening that is different. Try calling the medela helpline to see what they say.
Re: Strange PISA question
just an FYI, the old bottles probably have BPA.
I'd toss 'em and find something thta woerks.
