POM juice

POM juice is yummy! I just wish it wasnt so expensive! It better help my lining for what I paid...

    I agree...you can sometimes find coupons on the internet for that though.  In fact, I just looked and there is a $1 off coupon on the POM website :-)

    TTC Since 10/2007 with no luck and a 'go with the flow' attitude
    1/1010 FINALLY decided to have testing done, dx MFI
    7/2010 - DH starts Clomid to increase testosterone and hopefully sperm count
    10/2010 - Still low (but improved) sperm count.
    11/30/10 - IUI #1 and only = BFN
    February 2011 - IVF #1 w/ ICSI =
    Chemical PG (Beta 1: 10, Beta 2: 19, Beta 3: 17) :-(
    April 2011 - IVF #2 w/ ICSI = BFN :-(
    September 2011 - IVF #3 w/ ICSI = BFFN
    November 2011 - AMH level tested - .83 (normal for age range)
    February 2012 - IVF #4 w/ ICSI = (best response ever yet still) BFFN
    April 2012 - DNA testing - NORMAL, RE suggests cycling again with own eggs or using DE
    On Break indefinitely...not sure we can afford the emotional and financial roller coaster anymore.

    I am addicted to POM juice!! My favorite is the Blueberry Pomegrante. It is expensive but I really believe that it works...I've seen a BIG improvement in my lining this cycle compared to my last cycle & I wasn't drinking it for my last cycle. I also do acupuncture which I know helps but I really think the juice helps a lot so it's worth the money!

    Huh?  POM juice for the lining?  I admit I don't follow all the "eat this for that" stuff.  But I'm curious if you ladies can give some additional info about this.  What is in POM juice that helps with the lining?  Is it the pomagranite?

    Got pregnant on our own without Fertility Treatments - January 2016!  Thank you snow storm Jonas!
    EDD 10/15/16
    At 20-week anatomy scan found IUGR (Intrauterine Growth Restriction), and very low Amniotic Fluid.  Now, I'm High Risk and have weekly ultrasounds to monitor fluid and growth.  If baby runs out of room or is too growth restricted, they will deliver ASAP.  My current goal is to make it to 28 weeks!

    I actually found the POM lite juice at the dollar store! I bought them all!! I haven't seen them back though! I tell my mom to keep a look out! Smile

    2/06 - surprise pregnancy - twins
    3/06 - m/c 1st baby at 6 weeks 
    5/06 -2nd baby had no heartbeat at 14 wks.
    D&E - Bled out. Blood transfusions. Week in ICU - Cheated Death!
    Diagnosis: Blood clotting and bleeding disorder, immune issues, & cervical stenosis
    5/10 - 1st IVF cycle - BFN
    FET - 10/12/10 - BFN
    1/11 - IVF with PGD - BFN
    IVF - May - BFN
    6/11 New RE - fingers crossed!
    9/11 - IVF - 4 transferred
    10/13 - BFP!!
    It's a boy! Clint Michael, Due in June!!!

    Awesome especially since I've been paying around $4 for one. Thanks for the tip, I'll def check out my local store!!

    I saw them at the 99cent only store.. not Dollar Tree.  They have the lite Pom teas there a lot of the time, but I jumped on the lite pom juices. They had regular, dragon fruit and blackberry. That was 2 weeks ago!

    My mom is a bit of a dollar store junkie! Smile

    Yes from what I've heard & read Pomegranate helps to thicken your lining. I've been drinking it during this cycle & I did have a big improvement with my lining - it was 8.5 for my first cycle & at my last u/s before my transfer it was 11.1 so I definitely thinks there's some truth to it!

    Bummer!! I don't have the 99cent only store around here but maybe I'll check ot the Dollar Tree just in case Smile
