i am on a mission to boost my supply.  i keep reading about power pumping...can anyone explain how to do it, and if it has helped increase overall supply?

I hear its 10 mins on, 10 mins rest - repeat for 1 hour.

It is 10 minutes on, 10 minutes off for an hour.  It is supposed to simulate a growth spurt (cluster feeding) and trick your body into making more milk.  I have an hour drive to work each day and do this in the mornings.  I don't know if it boosts my supply since I do it all the time, but I do get multiple letdowns so I collect more milk.
