CDH
Any other moms with babies that were born with Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia (CDH)? We discovered that my son had CDH at 3 weeks old. He underwent surgery to repair the hernia and to put his stomach ( which was in his chest cavity) back into place. Fortunately no complications, but we the surgeon says that sometimes the hernia comes back as they grow bigger, so we have to monitor him with x rays every 6 months. Does this sound normal?
