Has anyone here read "Room"?

I read the whole thing in one sitting today. I couldn't put it down. It was amazing and haunting and very moving.

I'm sure that it would not have had such an impact on me before I was a mom. It was written from her son't point of view but I felt it from the mother's.

That's all I'll say. I don't want to spoil anything! But for those who haven't read it: it's a must!!

Yes, I read it!  LO was about two weeks old and I couldn't put it down, despite sleep deprivation.  I read it within 24 hours!  Oh, and to the previous poster, the author is Emma Donoghue.  I very much enjoyed the book.

I listened to the audio book version on a work road trip last fall. It was excellent. Haunting, but excellent.

Yes, I read it for book club this past Winter.

I loved it, but I felt like the ending was missing....something. I wanted to know more and perhaps that was the goal, but I still felt like it ended too abruptly.

I keep meaning to download it for my Kindle but forget every time I go to get a new book!  Thanks for the reminder; gonna buy it for my plane trip next weekend.
