LETROZOLE, MENOPUR, OVIDREL SUCCESS?

After 2 months of Provera and Clomid and low progesterone tests (not producing any to 0.7 to 3.29), I met with an RE yesterday who prescribed Letrozole for this month while we wait for the right time to begin Menopur and Ovidrel injections in late September.  She does not think Letrozole will work, but it's a step up since my body was not responding to Clomid.  I was also put on her "cookie diet"...eat a cookie every day and give up running, swimming, cycling, anything cardio to decrease the stress on my body and hopefully get levels back to having a period again.  Pilates, yoga, weight training, and walking are OK.  First day...we shall see.  Anyone have success with Letrozole or Menopur and Ovidrel??

This is more of a question for the PAIF board- but seeing as I'm a dirty lurker- I'll answer. You can see from my siggy that I did 4 rounds of Clomid, one of Femara (Letrozole), and one Femara/Menopur/trigger cycle. The last one was the successful one. I didn't respond well to Femara alone- and the Menopur provided the little extra kick I needed.

I'm lurking here too... I just found out that I'm pregnant last week, after a cycle using 5 days of femara, 3 days of menopur an ovidrel shot and an iui. I had done a couple of clomid cycles and a few clomid + iui cycles in the past with no luck.
