Finally got some service back to my cell to get to the Internet, we're goIng on 38 hours without power....but I just want to send t&p to any December mamas in vt (not sure if there are any) because it is much worse than here. Latest update from electric company is many places will be out until the weekend, hopefully that is just them covering their butts and being overly conservative. Hope everyone else has survived without too much damage!

I feel your pain, in from northeast NC just above the OBX, we lost power Saturday morning and just got it back last night.  I was so grateful for lights!!  Hope everyone faired the storm and that power is back soon!

Glad you are ok, I'm in central VA and we lost power saturday and got it back about 5 last night. Hope everyone who had to deal with the storm is ok!

I've heard they're telling everyone it will be back by this weekend, so obviously people are goign to be getting it back sooner - hopefully you're one of them!

Ugh, i know how that feels.  When Ike came through the gulf coast a few years ago, we were without power for over a week.  And it was super hot.  It really sucked.  Glad you are safe!
