I'm going to try to get an hour of cardio at the gym.  I hope everyone had a nice weekend. 

Zooropa - you moved this weekend, right?  I hope that went well!

Yes, we moved! It went well, I was the official unpacker, since I couldn't lift much. Our new workout facility is much better than what we had at our loft, and we are super close to a bike path.

Good for you, moving at 7 months along!

I spent an hour outside in the heat this morning raking, lifting, carrying and cleaning up yard debris from Irene.  I probably pushed it a little harder than I should have, so I'm just going to count that as my workout.

I had a great leg workout this weekend, and went trail running as well!

Today I plan to make an azz out of myself at hip hop zumba and then my regular yoga class afterwards

I forgot to pack my sports bra in my gym bag today! Boo! So I guess I'll be taking a walk or doing a video at home this evening.

None today unfortunetly.  I am supervising the movers all day today, so I'm just stuck at home.  However, we are styaing in a hotel for the next few nights since we have no stuff, so I will try to take advantage of the gym there tomorrow.
