Snuggabunny Swing Question

We have the Snugabunny swing and have only used it twice. The first time we used it the swing went for about 45 minutes and then just shut off. We couldn't get it back on, like there was no power to it. We waited until the next day and then it had "power" again. So we used it. The swing went for about another 45 minutes and then stopped. Now it's been almost two days and it still doesn't work. All the plugs are plugged in and it's in a working power socket. Are we missing something? We checked the book and it doesn't say anything about this problem. DH will be calling Fisher Price in the morning, thought I'd ask if any of you had this experience.
