Cloth Diapering

Anyone use Dropps detergent?

Our Target has Dropps detergent, and their website says it's cloth diaper safe. It's free of enzymes, dyes, scents, and optical brighteners.  We currently use Rockin' Green Classic Rock (Remix version), and it works great, but we have to either order it or drive 40 minutes to get it. It'd be nice to be able to get something locally.

Anyone have any experience with Dropps?

  • use it and love it.  We used Rockin' Green before dropps and while I liked it, we kept having stink issues in a few of our diapers and I was having to use a ton of it.

  • Yes!  I love it.  RnG caused stink problems for us.  We've been using Dropps for a couple of months now and are completely happy with the dye/scent free ones.

  • My friend uses it and loves it.  It's also on Baby Steals sometimes.

  • Yes. Love it. We had tried Allen's and Charlie's and neither was working at all.

  • We use the scent/dye free ones and love them.  I used RnG and Country Save before and they just don't seem to get the stink out like the Dropps do.

  • Thanks for the post - I just picked up 4 bags at Target last night because it was on sale for 4.99 vs 7.99 and was going to ask who used it and how they liked it.

  • FYI - target still has printable coupons on their website for $2.00 off dropps

you can print 2 per computer and then since the numbers are the same make copies.

That's why I asked about it. I saw the coupon on Target's website!  :)

For some of the other posters with RnG stinky issues. I was ready to give up on RnG because of stink. I didn't want to because they're a local company, but I was going to.  I had to do so many soaks and strips.  Then they launched their Remix formula. It's wonderful! I don't even have to soak anymore, other than the presoak that I set on my washer (not sure if that's necessary, but I just do it).
