All my East Coasters....

Just checking in with everyone to make sure you are all okay from Hurricane/tropical storm Irene.   We didn't lose power or no floods and didn't have to evacuate or anything crazy like that.  We were extremely blessed, but now I'm worried about my girls!!!
My Wonderful Sister is my GC!!!! 3 IUIs, 2 unmedicated, 1 50mg of Clomid = All BFNs Next step IVF!!!! Melinda & Michael 5*6*06 God Bless The Broken Road

Re: All my East Coasters....

  • We didn't lose power, but our kitchen roof is leaking, so we have pots set up for now, and the streets are completely flooded, DH & I went out earlier driving the truck around, we helped tow someone out of their sinkhole driveway, the streets are like rushing rivers, it's so bizarre!  but we're safe, luckily not a whole lot of damage.

  • We did pretty well, and have power, although a lot of homes don't.  There are a lot of trees down in the area but overall we did better than we thought we would!

  • Glad everyone is OK...More of the same here.  Just a very scary night with tornado warnings that forced us to sleep in the basement.   We didn't lose power or any trees, but poor DH spetn all day cleaning up the yard.  Could have been much worse!

  • Lots of trees down, we have power, the county where DH works has no power and schools are closed.  Definitely thought it wasn't as bad as they predicted but it was pretty scary.
