My solution is as follows.

2 cups hot water

squirt of baby soap

2 tablespoons coconut oil

1-2 drops tea tree oil

1-2 drops lavender oil

I use a wipes warmer but when I take my wipes on the go I haven't had issues w the coconut solidifying.  I don't know if this solution would work in a spray bottle but it is really nice poured over wipes.
