I'm attempting to get a urine sample from my non-potty trained 24 month old. I'm letting her watch TV naked while drinking juice as I sit by with a cup to catch it. She's refusing the potty chair (vehemently). Any tips?

Apparently the doll needed a time out...

Re: Urine sample from 2 year old = impossible?
yeah, a lot of times they'll tape a bag to the area to "catch" the urine---which sucks. I was lucky that when my son was about 2.5 he was excited at the thought of me letting him pee in to a cup--LOL
Can you make a game out of it? Maybe load her up on juice and water and then 'start' the game??

Notes:
Thanks for the tips, ladies!!
We got it! (and no UTI - yay!)
For anyone who's wondering, I let her play naked in the bathtub while I let the water run very lightly (with the drain open). It took a couple of pee episodes (she kept stopping as soon as I got the cup near her), but I managed to catch enough for them to test!
Whew!
From someone who has had to collect urine samples ever since DS was a newborn...
...hospitals and labs carry catch-bags for boys (and probably girls too)
Its a baggie with a u-shaped sticky to stick to the skin. The U faces upside down and the baggie edge goes in between the scrotum and penis. You fold down the bag so the pee could catch, then you put the diaper back on and wait. The lab/hospital will give you a cup to put the sample in.
ETA: Apparently its the same bag.
