Same here! That's what Alexander's looks like, except maybe not AS high...it's just below the surface.  He is currently upstairs screaming his face off in bed.  Poor baby

Me too.  I had to withhold food and tease B with a full spoon to be able to catch him with his mouth open showing his teeth.
