Shower hostess gift question

So, my first shower was cancelled due to the hurricane.  The shower make-up was this weekend and one of the hostesses was unable to get to town for it (she lives out of state).  I know the other two hostesses did all the work for the shower.  Do I still give a hostess gift to the third "host"?

I would. She wanted to help host it but couldn't for unforseen reasons. She should not be penalized for that. Maybe give her a not as nice gift?

Maybe just send the "third" a special card or something so she's not completely forgotten.

I wouldnt.  Sure, send a card saying you're sad she couldn't come, but why buy a gift?  She isn't actually a hostess.

i would get her a little something, she may have contributed financially

Yes, it would be the nice thing to do.  Even if she couldn't be there I'm sure she would have if she could.
