We have a bag of potatoes that I need to use up. I usually buy a "box" so I don't know how to make from scratch but I guess I need to google a recipe. Any good recipes or do you have a secret ingredient to make them extra yummy?
Take a chance. Take a risk. Take the initiative. Make your wishes a reality and make your dreams come true!
This is a recipe I've used a couple of times. It's actually for scalloped potatoes but it has cheese in it, so I don't know what the difference is between this and potatoes au gratin.
When I make it I use 2 cups of cream and 2 cups of milk instead of 4 cups of cream.
