follow up re: my shots & specialist visit.

Hi ladies,

Wanted to thank those ladies that replied to my post the other day and sent T&P my way. Some of you asked for me to post an update. So here it is.

Tuesday went to triage and got my steriod shot, the nurse was great she numbed my booty so it won't hurt when she gave me the shot and boy does it make a difference having your behind numbed.

Wednesday went back (24hrs) later and got my last shot.

Was also able to pre-register at the hospital since we were already there. Something else to scratch of our "things to do list".

Today went to see the specialist did an u/s bio physical and checked everything of the baby. 3 cord vessel, measured babys head, body, femur, checked practice breathing, movements, heart beat, organs, palcenta, aminotic fluid, etc. Everything looked normal. Thank GOD they did not find anything wrong. The baby is just growing at a slow paste. On monday at the Dr he was weighing 3lbs & 6oz and the specialist he was showing to be weighing 3lbs & 12oz. But my DR office told me the measurements would be different since it's different u/s machine. It's never an exact measurement.

So not sure whats the next step. I go see the DR on Monday after I get an u/s done at his office. Just keep praying that everything will be fine with my LO.

What I was wondering though has any 2nd time moms gone to 40 weeks and went into labor and the baby weighed 5lbs or less or did the baby come early due to being so tiny?
