I'm about where you are - I get pressure on and off in my lower belly. Not tightening, but like someone put a giant water balloon (or something of similar density) in my pelvis. And not like I have to pee (more than usual, anyway), just a lot of heaviness. For me, it comes and goes. One of my babies was kicking my bladder/cervix a lot until recently, and when that stopped, the pressure got a lot better. I suspect it's got a lot to do with where the babies are actually hanging out. If you have one baby very low, you're going to feel pressure.
If you have other symptoms, like contractions that don't go away, then I'd say call the office. Otherwise, just bring it up with your doctor at your next appointment.

i'm 19 weeks and I feel the same way. the doctor told me it was normal. that the eight of two kids is just on your lower cervix. But it does not hurt or anything, but it does not feel good either. She suggested that I buy support belt and it helps out a bit.

I had some pressure, but it was only when I was having braxton hicks. It doesn't hurt to call to put your mind at ease and to make your doc aware. GL!
