What should I ask for at my appt?

Hi everyone.  I am feeling a little better today.  I am ready to get back on the positive train and looking forward to my appt with a new OB on Monday.  If you were going in with the hopes of getting some tests ordered, what specifically would you ask for?  I want to make the most of this appt and am hoping to get a whole list of tests ordered but the only one I know to ask for is the HSG.  I have had the FSH about 2 months ago (results: 7.5) but never had the Estradiol (did I spell that right?) or anything else for that matter.  What would you ask for and why? (I want to SOUND like I know what I am talking about when I ask..  )  Thanks to all in advance.  :)

    AMH b/w and an Antral Follice Count done through u/s around CD3, when you'll also need to have blood drawn for the E2 number -- which they usually check at the same time as FSH, so I'm a little surpised they didn't do it then. 

    Also, have you had your progesterone and prolactin levels checked at 7dpo?  Don't let them talk you into doing it on CD21 unless you actually O on CD14.
