NIFR: Punta Cana

Has anyone been?  Where did you stay?  All-inclusive?  Did you venture out for any excursions, tours, etc?  My DH, usually the unluckiest guy in the bunch, just won a trip and we're trying to plan!

Me: 30, Dx Unexplained/hypothalamic amenorrhea
DH: 31, normal!
April/May 2011: Menopur + Ovidrel +TI = BFN
Oct 2011: Menopur + Hcg +IUI = BFP!
Beta #1 (13dpiui)= 129.7, Beta #2 (15 dpiui)= 305
PAIF/SAIF always welcome!

    We sayed at the Moon Palace.  I think it might have changed names since I went.  I think it is the Hard Rock Moon Palace.  It is all inclusive.  We did not go on any excursions or tours.  My brother and SIL did a booze cruise and they loved it.  They got to go to the other side of the island where the waters are a lot calmer.  It is where they filmed Pirates of the Carribean.

    We stayed at Excellence Punta Cana which is AI and adults only.  We did zip-lining, a tour of the countryside, and went to a floating island where we snorkled& swam with stingrays.

    Dx: DH - Azoo, Me - Mild PCOS
    DH - sperm found! Seems to produce only for a few days every 70 days!
    Over 1 million in cryo in 15 vials over 6 samples
    IVF #1 - 1 beautiful expanded blast transferred, 4 snowbabies - beta #1 11/30/11 = BFFN
    FET #1, transfered 2 embies 2/16/12 = BFFN; 1 snowbaby left in cryo
    IVF #2 + CGH = 4 genetically normal embies on ice. FET September 26th
    SAIF/PAIF always welcome

    Thanks!  Apparently we get the option of a few differnt places, so maybe not Punta Cana after all.....we're trying to go in September, right before our IUI cycle in October.  Nothing like a vacation, right?  Maybe we will relax and get drunk, too.  (eye roll)

    We just got back from there about 3 weeks ago and had a fabulous time!! We stayed at the Dreams Palm Beach.. if you stay there i would recommend spending a little extra for the preferred club.

    1/13/13 IVF#1.. BFP!!! 5/13- Lost Baby Boy at 16 weeks... cause unknown possible IC
    Sept 2013 - Feb 2014 - FET #1-4... 1 beautiful embryo & transfer.. BFN ... Thin lining / high progesterone
    2015 switched clinics
    7/15 IVF #2.. 7 5- day embryos, no transfer due to lining and progesterone
    11/2015... Diagnosed with non classic congenital adrenal hyperplasia (cause of thin lining and high progesterone!. Started 0.75 dexamethzone! which corrected issues!
    1/28/2016.. FET #5.. BFP!! MC 8 weeks no heartbeat D&E
    7/2016.. FET #6.. BPN
    9/2016.. 9/1 FET #7 BPF 9/22.. MC 6 weeks
    Fall 2016 Reoccurring Pregnancy Loss Testing= all tests normal                    
    1/13/2017: FET Scheduled
