Lightning crotch so bad I don't want to walk!

I've expericed this many times, but tonight... it has been non-stop! DH and I went out to tj-max and target tonight and I kept getting the sharp pain. I had to stop and sit mulitplue times! When we got home I started cooking dinner and cleaning up and I felt like it was happening every 30 secs to a min!! I was doubled over and yelping. Dh made me lay in bed and not get up. (I think he got really nervous) haha

 

Is there anything I can do beside lay and sit down to help it go away? The pain was about ready to make me cry!

i'm getting this a lot more often now as well. It's very painful and at times unbearable. I hope this means that labor is approaching sooner than later. *labor dust* to you

That is what my doctor said.

It's such a sharp pain anyway, but when they keep doing it over and over it starts hurting worse each time.  Going on all fours or standing and leaning over the bed have helped sometimes.  I don't know what to do other than change positions or lift my belly to try to get her to move.  I'm not sure what else to try, sometimes it feels like she is just pushing down off of my ribs and I have to wait it out.

I am literally in bed right NOW b/c after standing up from a sitting position about 5 minutes ago - I could not walk and was slightly shaking b/c the pain was sooo bad. This has been happening to me for the past two weeks. If I try to move my leg I get a shooting pain in my cervix. Sometimes the baby will move and it will happen. Basically I haven't gone out for the past two weeks b/c it's been so bad. The only thing that helps me is a warm bath or to lie down. Good luck - we're almost there!

Lightning crotch = good. 

Baby is low on your cervix, which means quicker dilation. Congrats to you ladies with lightning crotch- even though it's painful, you're making progress

My goodness!! 2 weeks??! And here I am complaining about a day! I hope your LO comes soon! It's a terrible thing to be cooped up in the house! Feel better mumma!
