Where are you in your cycle? CD 8
What are your next steps? Going back to RE we were seeing at end of last year. We were much happier at that clinic, and felt as if they had a much more positive outlook on cycling moms over 40. Having issues with HMO referral from my primary Dr., and that is definitely contributing to my stress. Consulation is on 8-29-11, conveniently CD 21 for me.
What is your stay/get healthy strategy for this week? Starting accupuncture for stress management and continuing to walk each evening with DH.
QOTW: Favorite summer drink? Lemonade and/or Margaritas.Where are you in your cycle? I am in the 2WW, 12 DPO, Testing on Friday!
What are your next steps? One more unmedicated cycle, and then IVF
What is your stay/get healthy strategy for this week? Since we have started Training camp at work, I have been walking on the treadmill for 30 minutes while my boss is outside at football practice for 2 1/2 hours a day. I have come to realize that if I can leave my desk in the middle of the day to work out, then I will do it. Before or after work? not so much...I have dropped about 5 pounds in the last 3 weeks, so I 'm pretty excited about that, because I'm still eating the way i normally do...
QOTW: Favorite summer drink? Where do I begin? For sure a fresh margarita on the rocks with salt made by DH. Also love red sangria, and I can't forget corona with lime...
Where are you in your cycle? Today is CD26. I tested 2 days ago and it was BFN but I have so many symptoms that I am still holding out hope. Planning to test again tomorrow.
What are your next steps? I have an appointment with a new OB on 8/22. Hoping for some answers and some tests to be ordered.
What is your stay/get healthy strategy for this week? All I am concentrating on this week is trying not to STRESS...
QOTW: What is your Favorite summer drink? I just discovered Crystal Light Appletini. It tastes like an apple jolly rancher candy..
Sounds yummy! Do you have a recipie?
Update: Today is day 3 of stims, first monitoring appt is Thursday!
Next steps: if IVF#1 doesn't work, we will probably take a break until November. We have a trip to California next month, and I have a 2 week trip for work in October which will make it hard to do anything before then. Hopefully that won't be an issue though.
Healthy: well, running is out, so I've been riding my bike to work most days of the week. I'm going to try swimming. Maybe. And since I'm not drinking while on stims, that cuts a good bit of calories out of my weekly consumption.
QOTW: margarita from scratch (no mix), but that's really a year round drink. I'm going to try to find some alcohol free cocktail to replace it. I feel really boring drinking ice water all the time.

What is your stay/get healthy strategy for this week? walking and bicycling with MH
QOTW: Favorite summer drink? I'm with ELF - any fruity frozen drink is perfect for summerI had this happen once when I over-saturated the OPK test strip. Held it in the stream a little too long and the dye smudged across the whole test field, which I think is why the digital reader gave me a smiley face when I wasn't really O'ing yet. I got a more clear opk+ a couple of days later that made more sense with my temps and cm.
Where are you in your cycle? 2WW. Think the unwelcome guest is about to arrive.
What are your next steps? Onward, and trying to be happy about it. I am seriously struggling with the idea of stopping the TTC soon. I don't know if I can stick to my word on that.
What is your stay/get healthy strategy for this week? I am exercising daily, taking my vitamins and supplements, and watching what I put in my mouth.
QOTW: Favorite summer drink? Wine! I am in the drink til it is pink camp...in moderation, of course. I also love fresh brewed decaf unsweet iced tea.Where are you in your cycle? 3 DPO according to FF. That sucks since my IUI was Sunday & that puts O on Saturday. I don't really hold out much hope for this cycle but I guess anything is possible! It ain't over until AF arrives!
What are your next steps? If this cyclel is a bust then we'll do another IUI but medicated. Going to try Femara and hope and pray I don't have the same side effects that I did when taking Clomid
What is your stay/get healthy strategy for this week? Walking and lots of water. Also trying Maca and started on Royal Jelly after going off the DHEA
QOTW: Favorite summer drink? McDonald's fountain Coke but I try and limit those. They are really good all year long!Chandler 11/2000 ~ Bronwyn 6/2002 ~ Grayson 3/2010 ~ Matilda/Till 6/2012

Where are you in your cycle? I am 10dpo today and resisting the urge to POAS. I am not really feeling it this cycle, so I am already pre-depressed about the outcome.
What are your next steps? Nothing different firmed up yet. Still going it au naturale with acu and herbs.
What is your stay/get healthy strategy for this week? I am getting zen about my soon to end work situation, and hoping for a call-back after my phone interview last week.

What are your next steps? IVF consult tomorrow! Though with DH's somewhat improved SA numbers, I think we are going to try a few IUI cycles, because they are partially covered by insurance, but IVF isn't covered at all.
What is your stay/get healthy strategy for this week? Get some sleep.

Next steps: probably make the apt with the RE as I don't want to waste any time!
Strategy: signed up for massage envy tonight....I am committed to relax and de-stress myself and they do pregnancy massage so that was the clincher
