When is the best time to

When is the best time to hire a night nanny if you end up doing so? 
When we first have the twins, my Mom, Sister, MIL and SIL will be taking turns coming to stay with us for 3 days to a week each time. 
I am not sure if I should wait until they are like 6 weeks old, or wait until they are 3 months old (this is when I plan on going back to work).  Will they be on some sort of a schedule by 3 months?

Thats tough, 6-8 weeks was a tough time for me but i think it might be better once you start work...that way you will def get some sleep!
