I am due next week and am currently still working (and feel totally fine, btw).  Thursday is my last day.  My coworkers keep questioning me still being here or make stupid comments.  I am so over it!!! Just a few more days.... I can't wait.

Oh man, that got so annoying when I worked!

Every single day, multiple times a day I'd be asked "So, still pregnant?" or "When are you having that baby?"

It drove me nuts, especially when I'd be asked by person A and person B would be within earshot and ask me the same thing a few minutes later.

I started telling people that yes, I gave birth and she was just at my moms...

People keep coming up to my office and saying "You're still here?  Umm, obviously if you are looking right at me then yes I'm still working

I'm a Stable Manager for a racehorse stable, a Chemistry/pre-vet student

Everyday I get harrassed...I'm only stressed out because people around me are old fashion and "thou shall not work or have a life because thou are knocked-up"

lol...my boss fired me, rehired me, then hired someone to "Help" at work due to being pregnant...now my "helper" keeps telling me what I should be doing because this is my first child and she knows better because she has been there and done it...(she is 62yrs old).  She says stuff like.."you should go home and take a nap....", "you should just leave the working to your husband and be a stay at home mom..", "you'll be sorry when the baby dies because your mowing the yard...(on a riding mower).  wow...not going to happen...will be cleaning stalls or watering a horse when my water breaks, or I'll be in classes...Yep...just a few more weeks to go.....why do people feel the need to piss off pregnant people by acting like this...then when we react THEY blame it on the hormones, not their hormones....

"Thou shall not work or have a life because thou are knocked-up". That made me LOL, thanks for that. I'm not working but I know the comments. And people wonder why we're so crabby all the time? 'Oh its just your hormones'. No its not, it's because you're being a D*CK! People say we're getting chubby and we cry, and they say we're hormonal. But if you call us chubby when we're not pregnant, its rude and mean and if we cry then it's their fault... WTH? Just zip your lip already, people, you're being obnoxious.
