Indian Chili Chicken

Does anyone know how to make this?  Is it fairly easy or require a lot of time /dedication? 

If H is home its no problem, but if he's not, its a crap-shoot.

But I really want to try making this! Its our favorite at our local Indian restaurant

I have lots of good Indian Recipes.  I have never heard of Chili Chicken though.  Describe it and I will see if I have a similar recipe, It just might be called something else.

I had it backwards, its Chicken Chilly Fry ..from the menu of our fav. restaurant ..

Boneless chicken cooked Indian and Chinese style
