Brynn is here :)

Miss Brynn Hadley arrived 8/10/11 at 5:21pm. She weighed 7lbs 8ounces.

Birth story: Went in for monitoring because I was 2 days overdue and was having contractions every 3 min (I could not feel them) and I was 4 cent so they admitted me to L&D. That was at about noon. Contractions got steadily stronger and more painful (I got an IV pain med around 3 or so) but I was stuck at a 5 till about 4:45. Doc came in and broke my water and things really picked up. The iv drug had worn off so I felt EVERYTHING. Ugh. So painful. I went from a 5 to a 10 in about 20 min. I pushed twice and Brynn was born. I delivered DD#1 naturally as well but I was not planning on doing it again. But when I needed the epidural (after my water broke) things progressed too quickly. The on call doc was a horrible douche bag who stared at me with his arms crossed waiting for me to push...a nurse complained about him (she must have some balls) and he later came into apologize. I am soo happy she is here and SOOOO happy I never have to birth a child again! lol.

Congratulations! She is absolutely gorgeous!

I have about a week or so left and I'm getting very nervous. It's been 12 years for me since my first baby was born. I'm just telling my doctor to make sure everything is identical to the last time, but you never know, right?

Well done baby girl!
