Infertility

NMScubaGirl

I was trying to comment on your latest blog post, but blogger isn't letting me.  I just wanted to say I'd also be extremely frustrated with our RE if he continued to bring up the option of DS after DH and I had been quite clear what our wishes were - I'd be frustrated enough that I'd be contemplating other RE's.  So sorry that you're on such a roller coaster :(

Re: NMScubaGirl

  • I wonder what is wrong with blogger! I am really frustrated with the RE, but unfortunately unless he want to travel out of state, either him or his partner are our only options. I hear his partner is even worse. Part of me thinks he is just a space cadet and doesn't remember. Although I am not sure how you forget a girl in stirrups yelling at you about it. Even after all of that he came into the room where we were setting up our time for IVF and said to remember to get the sperm here. He then realized yet again that we are not using DS!!!

The only redeeming quality about him is that during the procedures that we have had done, he was clearly very competent and very confident. Nothing hurt and he was really kind and compassionate even though I was freaking out. The nurses are great, the embryologist is amazing, and DHs MFI Uro is the best doctor that I have ever encountered.

Thanks sweets! You all are what really keep me going!
