Bottle to breastfeeding

Quick question...before I head to bed at 9 o'clock on a Saturday.. day 2 of being home from the NICU (YAY)  Do any of you have any tips as to how you went from bottle feeding breast milk to breastfeeding?  Did you do a weaning schedule or all at once?  Did you give a supplemental bottle or just the breast?  TIA

The link posted above has some good starting places. I just wanted to add that it is possible if you are willing to work at it. Have patience, don't beat yourself up if it takes awhile, and don't be afraid to ask for help.
