I tried posting this twice and nothing happened.  I went for an exam yesterday and found out I do not have Group Strep B YEAH.  The baby's head is down in the launch position no need for turning.  The question I had was now what? What happens towards these last stages? I am 37wks and didn't get much out of the doctor.  Can any new moms or 2nd timers give me some advice? I am an FTM and would appreciate it TIA.

Now you wait till the baby wants to come out.  Seriously.  He/she will let you know, with contractions, or possibly with water breaking.

Now you wait until you go into labor.

You may or may not lose your mucous plug before hand. You may start losing it now, but go into labor in 2 weeks, or you may lose it the day you go into labor (like I did).

Your water may break, or it may be broken by the Dr during labor (like mine was).

It sounds stereotypical but you will know when it's real labor.

And losing it means nothing.  It can grow back.
