Detergent question

I was planning on using RNG hard water, but someone on another board mentioned something about Dropps (I think that's what it was) detergent that you could buy at Target, and was CD safe and also good for hard water.  Anyone heard of it or tried it?  It's not on any of the detergent lists I've seen. 

I never found the perfect detergent when I CD'ed DS, but RNG wasn't around then so I'm hoping it's magic   However, I'd love to find something I didn't have to order online.  Otherwise, I feel like I've tried them all.

Sure, Dropps goes on babysteals every now and then. They're portioned little packets, so make sure you're not paying too much. I have no idea how they work. Baby is probably best for diapers, but Scent and Dye free is also safe I think.

I'm giving the EFF cloth diaper detergent recipe a shot because it's cheap and made from stuff I can buy anywhere. RNG actually seems to give me repelling issues. Our water is a bit hard, but not extremely.
