question about my 3D u/s

so i had my 3D u/s recently, at about 32 weeks or so, and his cord was around his neck. does anybody know if the cord still moves around a lot at this time cause i thought they start to run out of room around 34 weeks, so im worried that its just going to stay there and become a problem. i have an ob appointment in a couple days, but was just wondering if anyone here would know!

thanks!

Re: question about my 3D u/s

  • Despite what USA doctors say, a nuchal cord is not something to fear. It can be wrapped around baby's neck two or three times and you can still have an uncomplicated delivery. It's only when he cord is too short (rare) or when interventions start (such as reaching in as baby's head is out to remove the cord, or even clamping/cutting before the baby is actually out) that it poses an issue for baby.
