Anyone have a Keurig? Have you had problems with it needing to be descaled? Any success with that? Our is saying that it needs to be descaled & it won't un-scale!! Ugh!! I'm at a loss here.
We have a Keurig but have never had to have it descaled. Never even heard of that. Sorry no advice here, hope you get it fixed soon. I don't know what I would do without my morning coffee.
Yeah, it has it on the display to de-scale. I followed the instructions on the website, but it doesn't work still. It says to use un-dilute vinegar, but I haven't found where they even sell that.
It's been like 3 weeks. OMG I am dying. I sometimes buy a coffee, but that's too much $$ for me everyday.
Dude, put that in a box and return to Kohls STAT! They will give you a new one no questions asked. That's what we did when ours broke very soon after buying it, and now we've had this one for like, 3 years.

That's what DH told me to do, but I don't have the box anymore. Do I need it? I know Target gives you major cr@p about returning things - is Kohl's better?
Well, just buy the new one and return the old one in that box. I know it's a little dishonest, but if it stopped working inexplicably, it's easier than calling the company, etc. Also Kohls may not give a problem anyway. They are awesome about returns.
We had to descale ours after about a year of using it. You just buy regular white vinegar (a huge jug of it) and follow the directions on the website. You may also need a new water filter for it. They sell them at Bed, Bath, and Beyond and random kitchen stores.
Good luck!

OK thanks! I did use a huge jug of vinegar & it still doesn't work right. I'm going to try a new filter. If that doesn't work it'll be "Hello Kohl's customer service" lol
We have a Keurig and I cannot imagine life without it LOLOL!!! I have had to descale with white vinegar and the descale light did not go off. I found if I cleaned the needle on the top of the "flip up part" it helped. I used a paperclip to put into the two holes in the needle. Just gave it a little wiggle and BAM coffee was burring that same day.
This was just by chance that I figured it out...I hope this helps. Desperate times call for desperate measures.
