My husband and I have passed our due date, and still cannot agree on a name!  Our 1st son's name is Brogan, so we definitely want something that sounds good with his name. My husband wants an Irish name, but that's not the most important factor in our decision.  He LOVES Declan, which I still cannot say that I totally love.   I have thrown a few others out there as well, which then he teases me that I'm the one naming our 2nd son.     We will probably be using the name John or James as a middle name. Here are the names that we will go to the hospital with, but I'm also taking suggestions.    Thanks for your thoughts and help!

Declan

Gavin

Colin/Collin

Nolan (my favorite, but I'm afraid it's too matchy w/ Brogan???)

Holden

Riley (we have a friend with a Reilly, so my husband is throwing that one out)

Some names that I think "go" would be Hudson and Sutton. But from your list, I really like Nolan and Holden. I'd go with Holden personally.

I personally like Holden the best. What about Connor? The rest are NMS. Also, sorry to do this on your post, but could some one write how you pronounce Declan? I would guess Deck-lan.

Continue to throw Riley out and go with the other better choices. Nolan is my favorite, but followed closely by Holden and Gavin.

Cedric Donovan is our DS, so of course I love the names.  Either would go great with your DS1 name.
