Not sure if you got my email but I have a few additional questions about full-time in home childcare:

Do you give your families grace days? How many? 

How much vacation is reasonable to give to a babysitter?  I assume vacation would be paid to her and grace days she gives to me would be unpaid. 

We would like her to come to my house or the other family's home that may join us - is it unreasonable to ask her to switch up?

Any help would be appreciated...we're supposed to meet fairly soon.
