Re-Why is this happening ?

Well lately every night I've been feeling like I have to throw up and I really dont have to. Now when I try, it doesnt come up for me to do so. All it leads to is me coughing or more hurten pressure on my stomach.To me its so annyoing b/c it causes my stomach to hurt very bad. Also I begin to feel so weak & sick.

Does anyone knows whats the cause of this? Why this is happening? Aren't I suppose to be pass this stage ? Does it means Im close to giving birth ?

I don't know what it is.  But I can sympathize.  For the past few nights, I've been so nauseous that I feel the urge to throw up, but it doesn't happen.  I get frustrated because the sickness interrupts my sleep.  I'm so sorry you're feeling bad.

I asked my doc about this a few weeks ago and he said that some of us lucky women get that morning sickness feeling in the third trimester.  I've been feeling nauseous too, and lately I've been starting to feel all hormonal again.  Just today I found myself crying while watching bringing home baby and again later during dr. phil.  Man, being pregnant is great!

Yea it has to be the hormones again. It kinda feel just like tri 1. But yes cant wait till get pass this..

I felt like this at the beginning of third tri...I think it may have something to do with the baby getting bigger and all of your insides getting more and more squished. Some days I'd feel great and then some days I'd be super nauseous. LO might just be in a bad position or something and he/she may be squishing your stomach. Good old gingerale usually made me feel better.

Basically I think it happens for the same reason we can't breath either...your babies are pushing up into your abdomen and thus everything that was once in your abdomen needs to find someplace else to go (usually up) which means there is pressure on your stomach and lungs preventing you from taking a deep breath in the case of lungs or in the case of the stomach working almost like a lapband.

I carried DS so high that in the last few weeks of my pregnancy I couldn't keep my dinner down for more than 30 minutes. It was horrible! The doc said there was nothing to be done and that everything still looked good with both of us. Try not to lay down after you eat and just recline back slightly to help relieve the pressure off of your stomach.
