Getting your body back after LO is born!

I have a 16 month old. Since her birth I have lost probably 50lbs. I don't have the time nor money right now to be hitting the gym. Just curious if anyone has any tips on doing things at home or for low cost to tone (stomach & love handles mostly!) & lose weight. Although I am proud of my weight loss, things are more jiggly (loose skin :/) than they ever were!! Please help!!

  • Do you have Comcast? Their Fitness TV on OnDemand is pretty good. I took a Pilates class once a week around the time that my DS was that age and it really helped with toning. Maybe you could find something on TV or a video that you like, but I highly recommend trying out Pilates. It's tough at first, but you'll be shocked how strong your core gets.

  • I love the "my fitness pal" app  It helps me track everything, especially when I pick when my kids are snacking.    I have co-workers that swear by the 8 minute work out dvds as well as P90x and Insanity
