Anyone's early or elective u/s wrong?

I was just wondering if there were any ladies that had early/elective u/s that ended up being wrong. I've come across a few post about that. I would like to have one but am afraid of this. I would hate to think I was having one sex and it end up being another.

LO isn't here yet, but based on the fact that we have had 8 US 7 of them after the elective and all confirmed we were having a girl VERY clearly, I think ours was correct

I've had 2 ultrasounds at the OB and I paid for an elective. In all 3, she was a girl. It seems it does happen but very rarely. I had a friend that was told girl at her 20 week, which was the only ultrasound she had, and she ended up having a boy. But that's the only time I"ve ever heard of it. Again, she only had one and I believe she was early too, like 18 weeks. But all three of mine have been clearly a girl.

Haha, good question- I was told definitively BOY, and keep dreaming I give birth to a girl... hope if it happens, she likes the color blue and her sailboat nursery... :-)

All of my visits they have changed the gender back and forth. I think my situation isn't normal. So I think I might just have to wait until the baby is born.

I started having scans to peek at our LO at 15 weeks, but thats only because I work in a hospital. Every scan I had I was always told girl, but one tech did say boy.......So ours have been right on the money!

Even though we've had 2 elective ultrasounds and our anatomy scan (plus another one our doctor did) and they've all said girl I still have a horrible worry that it'll end up being a boy. I'd be perfectly fine with a boy - but we don't have ANYTHING for a boy - we have EVERYTHING for a girlie girl. Maybe on the next baby we'll just keep it a surprise so that I don't have this worry.

With DS, I didn't have an early u/s, and they still got it wrong. I had my AS at 23 weeks, and the tech was wrong. At ,y elective 3d ultrasound at 30 weeks, we found out he was definitely a boy, not a girl. With this LO, we did do an u/s at 18 weeks because DH could make it to my AS. We were told she was a girl. A week later, still a girl. Four weeks after that, still a girl, and at 30 weeks, still a girl. I still get paranoid from time to time, but I'm pretty sure she's a girl, lol.
