How much fenugreek do you use?

Mine is scheduled to come tomorrev and just wondering what to start with and hat to work towards. I know m ultimat goal is tomsmell like maple! Old DH that part and he's excited!!

4 610mg 3X day. I started at 2 pills 3X a day. I believe my sister takes 15 a day total. It took the full 4 to smell like maple I actually didn't notice it, but my FI told me I smelled like syrup one day when he hugged me, and it actually made me smile. I'm so hopeful trying to get this milk flowing. It's been a huge struggle. Good luck with it.

I take 3 pills 3x a day. I have a slight "french toasty" smell as DH calls it.

I take 2 with breakfast, 1 with lunch and 2 with dinner.  I usually only smell like maple syrup after working out :-)  It's so weird.

I take 2 pills 3x a day.  I think I am going to increase it to 3 pills 3x a day.  And yes, I do have a hint of maple syrup scent going on, but I kinda like it!

I started with 2 pills 3 times a day.  Didn't notice any change, so I upped it to 3 pill 3 times a day after a few weeks. After doing this I noticed a good supply increase, but have never had the associated maple syrup smell.

I would suggest starting low then upping it if need be.
