How would I manage breast feeding twins ? Wouldnt my breast become sore ? lol Also, The Medela I believe electric breast pump is that good ??? If Possible to gain great feed back Ladies Thank You

Breastfeeding twins is totally possible without having sore nipples. Yes, Medela is a good pump. You really should read "Mothering Multiples"--its a book by LLL that deals with breastfeeding twins.

Sore nipples come from a bad latch, not frequent nursing.  Some babies need to nurse ever hour, so it is almost...almost...like twins.  You can do it!

I'm nursing my twins.  I've had some issues with sore nipples, but as PP said, it's from latch issues with one of my twins, not frequency of nursing.

You can absolutely do it! I would contact your hospital - I know at ours they offer a breastfeeding class just for moms of twins.
