How much do you freeze together in one bag/container?

About 4-5 oz, but only because LO will eat all that in a feeding.  If your LO eats less than that, then freeze less than that.  You can't keep unfrozen BM for long, and you don't want to waste it.

3-4 oz. It was just a guess at the time, I had no idea what my LO would be eating by the time we started using frozen (I EP'd and started freezing right away) so I just went with 3-4.

It doesn't really matter since I'm using multiple bags at a time - I  defrost 6 bags at a time and divy up into bottles (we're actually still using the 2.5 oz tubes and generally offering 2 per "meal").

Think about how you'll be using it - if just a bottle here and there, freeze small. Once thawed, you want to use the milk within 24 hours. Smaller amounts thaw faster also.

If, like me, you are going to quit pumping/bfing and use all frozen for a while, you could do bigger quantities. Bigger amounts mean fewer bags, so there's some savings.

I have and will always do 4oz bags.  It just makes it easier for me since 4oz bottles is what DS prefers now and should he ever go up to 6 oz bottles then 3 bags = 2 bottles.  When he was younger and drank 3oz bottles then 3 bags = 4 bottles.  I like easy math, LOL!  Not to mention, less waste.
