Naps? What naps?

Everytime I put DD down for a nap, she looks all cozy and peaceful...until she rolls from her side to back and scares the sh*t out of herself! She used to nap for 45 mins each nap and now I am lucky if I get 10-15 mins max. She is getting crankier with every teensy cat nap and has started waking up again at 3AM. Not sure if this is the 4 month wakeful period or if rolling is going to just kill her naps until she gets better at it. Someone save us!

I've noticed the same thing with DS... he used to be able to nap through the end of the world for about an hour in the morning and again in the afternoon for 2-3 hours. Now if he naps at all it's for about 15 minutes and he's such a fuss bucket. He's startles himself awake constantly at night,too. This has been going on the last 2-3 weeks. I'm exhausted!
