my kids are driving me NUTS today!

They already lost the priveledge of going to the zoo because they were fighting physically, to the point that there were tears 3 times...2 warnings and the 3rd time they lost the zoo.

We were close to missing their hair cut appointments because they were whining and throwing fits.

And we went to the mall, and at the first store ended up leaving and coming back home after me getting upset at them 3 times..2 warnings before we left and 3rd time we left.  And I was sooo mad in the car on the way home, I started crying.

They are currently in their room until DH gets home (any minute now) and one child is screaming..hasn't stopped since we left the mall.  My oldest tries to come off the angel, but she is a sneaky little instigator "go pull your brother's shirt"  etc.  followed by "I didn't do ANYTHING!" when I get mad at her too.

OMG!!!  I need a drink!  And a vacation!! And a massage!!!

((HUGS))  I have def. been there before.  And L will still bring it up and it was about a year ago.  He will say "hey girls...we have to be good so mommy doesnt get mad and cry"

I went there today.  And to make it extra klassy-I overheard my neighbor say to N "so, you got in trouble today, huh?"  nice.  the whole neighborhood knows what a great Mom I am now.

This has been me the past 2 days. My kids are off the wall and not listening to me at all. It is driving me crazy. I have taken things away and they don't seem to care anymore. My dh is done hearing my whining about it and has no suggestions. I need a glass of wine but am pregnant, so that won't be happening. Hope things get better for you and have a drink for me.

gah!  Is it the heat or something???  I know the heat makes my fuse a little shorter....and I've been really making an effort to NOT be a mean mommy this last week of summer!  School starts next Wednesday and I don't want them to go to school THANKFUL to be away from crazy mommy!  LOL

But sheesh!!!  I am now counting down the days until school starts....need.a.break!  Too bad Mitch's doesn't start for over a month.....

That has been me for a month.

I know that I am 'that mom' that people always judge for being too sharp with her kids in public. They have been so freakin' bad lately that going anywhere with them is a nightmare.

I've been screaming at my kids all summer.  They used to save it for home and be good when we were out in public.  This summer, they're fighting with each other all the freaking time.  I can. not. wait for school to start.  DS1 starts kindergarten at the end of the month, but it's preschool that I'm really looking forward to.  The younger two need some time away from each other.

Take me with you!! Jake was the spawn of satan today. OMG. Driving me batshitinsane. I yelled, I spanked, I put in time out... I talked nice, I reasoned, I pleaded... nothing. Absofuckinglutely nothing worked today. So, he went to bed right after dinner. He was over tired and has a cold/allergies. but o.m.f.g I had enough!!

We're having a similar day. I am not feeling well today and Jon ended up staying home from work until the older kids were in bed. We have a long day tomorrow of going to appointments and doing errands that can't just wait until another day, and then friday is my dad's surgery so they'll be with a babysitter. Yuck.
