DH cracks me up!

He was gun shy about the whole baby thing at first (as I believe a lot of men are) but now (at 12.5 weeks with our first) he is already saying that if we are going to have 2 we should have them close together, "like within two years."  WTF!  Who is this man and what did he do to my husband?!

It is just funny because I am not sure I want two (I will be 31 when this one is born and I already feel old!) and now he is talking about a second when the first isn't even here!

I will be 32 when this LO (our 1st) is here. I was talking to DH about this same thing the other night- if we will use protection after baby is born. I said let's use protection for 6 months and then let what happens happen. It took us 6 months to get prego this time, so if it takes 6 months next time, that will be perfect timing. I would like to have at least 2 and have them be about 18-24 months apart if possible. I do not want to have children after 36 or so (personally- I know it is possible). DH said he wants to see how my recovery from this one goes first. Riiight...
